Shipping Rates

Three shipping options are available:

• Shipping via UPS within 10 business days -- $4.95
• Shipping via expedited FedEX within 2 business days; 9.95
• If an order is for at least $50.00 shipping is via expedited FedEx at no charge.

Sales Tax

Because Collectable Canine Creatures operates only out of Houston, Texas, sales tas is imposed only for sales from Texas residents.

Return & Exchange Policy

We stand behind every product we sell, and we are pleased to offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee.

• Damaged or Defective Item
  In the unlikely event you receive a defective or damaged item, please use our contact us form to notify us. We will send you via email or US Postal Service a prepaid shipping label for you to return the damaged item at no cost. Upon receipt of the item, we will replace it free of charge.
  
  
• 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
  Should you not be 100% satisfied with any item* you receive you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund of the purchase price.
  • The item must be in the original manufacturers packaging.
  • We do not reimburse shipping charges.
  • Please include your order/invoice number on the outside of the package.
  • Send your order with a reputable shipper. We recommend you purchase the optional insurance to protect yourself againstshipments being lost in transit.
